Eschenbach is pleased to introduce the brightest light source available for illuminated stand magnifiers! Brighter illumination enhances contrast and reduces required magnification.

With Eschenbach’s new LED electric handle, you will never have to replace a bulb or change batteries! This new handle (1599-6004) is even brighter than the battery LED handle because it contains 3 LEDs (instead of 2) and it includes a switch above the LEDs that, when engaged, boosts the illumination 33%!Illumination: LED

Optional yellow filters can be placed over the bulbs to provide slightly softer illumination, which may be preferred by some patients.

The length of the strain relief that surrounds the cord at the base of the handle has been increased by 70%! This prevents the cord from being bent back on itself at the base, which can cause damage to the cord.
· The cord now includes an internal support cable that increases its sturdiness.
